Is the first Super Sentai Series of the history, it was aired from 1975 to 1977, with 84 episodes, is the the series of the franchise with more episodes. The series takes place when the peace of the world is threatened by the emergence of a terrorist group called the Black Cross Army, is there when in Japan a secret espionage organization known as EAGLE is formed to fight against this threat. with the dear inside of the the Black Cross Army planned to launch a surprise attack against EAGLE. Across Japan the Black Cross Army sends its five most dangerous operatives to destroy each EAGLE branches, killing everyone, except for five young agents who miraculously survived, they enter to a secret command center hidden underneath, they are recruited by the EAGLE's commander Gonpachi Edogawa to become the Secret Squadron Goranger, the world best chance against the forces of the Black Cross Army, they are given electronic battlesuits that endow them with a superhuman strength and speed, they dedicated their lives to stop the Black Cross Army and it's leader, Black Cross Fuhrer.

Characters

Tsuyoshi Kaijo: He is the younger brother of the Kanto EAGLE base captain, while he was playing soccer with his team mates, the Black Cross Army launched the attack who killed his older brother, after this tragedy Tsuyoshi who is trained in combat planning and strategy, lead the Himitsu Sentai Goranger. he is the one who coordinates the group attacks such as Goranger Storm or Goranger Hurricane, he also carries  weapons such as the Red Hunter, He is 24 years old, he change into Akarenger.

Akira Shinmei: When the Black Cross Army attacked Akira was training in the snowy region of Touhoku, skilled in archery and in piloting, he is also a markmanship instructor, he wish to be a racing driver, he joins to the group Himitsu Sentai Goranger as the second in command, like Tsuyoshi he carries many special weapons as the Bluechery or  the Ultra Bluechery. being the older member of the group, Akira is 25 years old, he pilots the Goranger's aircraft. He change into Aorenger.

Daita Oiwa:  He is engineer who is jovial and who is recruit at EAGLE's kyushu branch, when he was training with his comrades, the Black Cross Army attacked. Daita is a Judo Champion and he is good at mechanics and mathematics, when he joined to the Himitsu Sentai Goranger, he is armed with the Yellow Sticker or the Yellow Transciever , he is 23 years old and is Kirenger, later he is promoted as Chief of the EAGLE Kyushu branch, he retired but came back, he is killed by the Cross Army. 

Daigoro Kumano: When Daita is promoted as the Chief of the EAGLE's Kyushu branch, Daigoro take his place, so he joins to the Himitsu Sentai Goranger, he can change into Kirenger II, Daigoro, as Daita is physically strong, as he is the replacement of Daita he inherted his weapons such as the Yellow Sticked and the Yellow Transciever as well. he runs the same luck as Daita, since when he was in duty he is killed by a flying blade from Black Cross Army operative. he was killed before Daita's return of the Goranger.

Peggy Matsuyama: She worked at the EAGLE's Hokkaido branch as a chemical analyst and weapons engineer specializing in explosives, Peggy is fashion conscious as she like to wear shorts and go go boots. With the her entrance to the Himitsu Sentai Goranger, she is able to change into Momorenger, carrying weapons such as Momo Card and the Momo Mirror, she also is the one that carried the Gorangers ultimate finishing weapon: Rangerball. Momo is 18 years old.

Kenji Asuka: When the Cross Army attacked he was tending to pigeons and training at EAGLE's Kansai branch, he is characterized for have a happy go lucky temperament. he was the only one urmarmed when the Black Cross Army attacked. After the attack Kenji joined to the Himitsu Sentai Goranger, chaning into Midorenger, carrying weapons such as the Green Boomerang and Green Puncher, Kenji is the youngest of the group, since he is 17 years old.


Villians

The Black Cross Army: The main antagonist of the Series, is a terrorist group who wants to destroy the human race and conquer the earth. they used advanced technology and magic to create an army to fight against the Gorangers, Most of the Black Cross Army operatives are humans who have enhanced through surgery, they have many secret base around the world, it's commanded by Black Cross Fuhrer, a neither male o female person with supernatural powers and supremely intelligence, a difficult enemy to destroy, when the Gorangers launch their Five Star Cassiopea Attack, he exploded revealing himselfas the Black Cross Castle, other enemies are: Sun Mask, Volcano Mask, Golden Mask and the Zolders.


Allies

Gonpachi Edogawa: He is the Commander of EAGLE, When the Black Cross Army attacked he was operating in public, seeing that only five agents were save, he decides to form and recruited them to be the Himitsu Sentai Goranger. Gonpachi puts in command of the group to Tsuyoshi Kaijo. he guided them to the secret command center that was hidden underneath, where they could get their weapons and get all the information about the Black Cross Army, he believes that they were the World Best Chance to against evil.

Agent 009: She is one of the three secretaries that were hired by the EAGLE's commander Gonpachi Edogawa, to assist him, she is a beautiful secret agent who also works with Agent 007 Yoko Kato and Agent 008 Tomoko Hayashi. her real name is Haruko Nakamura. she and her others comrades help the Gorangers behind the scenes.
